Speaker: Daniel Deutschlander

Professor Deutschlander has served in the public ministry for 40 years as a parish pastor, high school teacher and assistant principal, and college professor of German, history, and religion. He is the author of Civil Government: God's Other Kingdom, The Theology of the Cross: Reflections on His Cross and Ours, and The Narrow Lutheran Middle: Following the Scriptural Road. In retirement, he continues to be a frequent lecturer at seminars and conferences.

Professor Deutschlander led the 2010 and 2012 men's retreat. We are very happy to have him back with us again this year.

Recap of the 2010 Men's Retreat

While all are welcome, this retreat is designed for the adult men of WELS/ELS churches. Fathers are encouraged to bring their sons 14 or older.

Cost through August 22: $140
Must pay by Aug. 22nd for this rate.
Cost after August 22: $160

Includes: Meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast), lodging and resort access (2 nights), and instructional materials.

Saturday registration is available with two options:
     Saturday with lunch - $25
     Saturday with lunch and dinner - $40
